Type A
This primary membership includes the various homeowners associations, civic clubs, and maintenance and improvement bodies that govern subdivisions and oversee maintenance. Each organization in this category is entitled to three (3) voting representatives.
Type B
This category includes businesses that provide services to subdivisions. Management companies, lawn services, legal services, accounting services, etc., are but a few of those eligible. Type B businesses have one voting representative.
Fee: $125.00/year
Type C
This group includes persons interested in improving our communities, but not covered by Type A or Type B memberships. Type C members are entitled to serve on CCUCA committees.
Fee: $25.00/year
